Notre processus d'admission est l'occasion pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les familles et les enseignants de d\u00e9terminer si l'Eastgate Academy leur convient. Il s'agit d'un processus \u00e0 double sens : nous voulons nous assurer que votre enfant peut s'\u00e9panouir dans notre \u00e9cole gr\u00e2ce au soutien que nous lui apportons, mais nous voulons aussi vous aider \u00e0 comprendre ce que nous offrons et \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si cela correspond \u00e0 ce que vous souhaitez pour votre enfant.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Parce qu'il s'agit d'une d\u00e9cision importante pour vous et votre enfant, le processus d'admission vous offre plusieurs occasions d'en savoir plus sur l'Eastgate Academy et nous permet de conna\u00eetre vos objectifs pour votre enfant, ses besoins, ses centres d'int\u00e9r\u00eat et ses capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

If you are reading this post, then you have already started the process: finding out about Eastgate Academy by exploring our site. Another important step in the process is attending one of our parent information sessions<\/a> in order to meet the principal, hear more about the school and ask any questions that you might have.<\/p>\n

The next step is to complete the application<\/a>, which entails telling us a bit more about your family and your child’s educational background. You will also be asked to pay a $100 application fee which covers the cost of the admissions assessment.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>L'\u00e9valuation des admissions concerne l'\u00e9l\u00e8ve, sa famille et les autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont pos\u00e9 leur candidature \u00e0 l'Eastgate Academy. Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve effectuera un travail individuel impliquant la lecture, l'\u00e9criture, les math\u00e9matiques et la r\u00e9flexion critique. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves travailleront \u00e9galement ensemble dans le cadre d'une activit\u00e9 de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Ces t\u00e2ches n'ont pas pour but d'\u00e9valuer si chaque enfant est assez bon ou assez intelligent. L'\u00e9valuation a plut\u00f4t pour but de donner aux familles un aper\u00e7u de ce qu'est l'apprentissage \u00e0 l'Eastgate Academy et de nous aider \u00e0 comprendre si l'\u00e9cole est faite pour eux. Les parents et l'\u00e9l\u00e8ve auront un entretien au cours duquel ils pourront nous parler de leurs objectifs, de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats et de ce qu'ils esp\u00e8rent r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 Eastgate Academy. Bien entendu, c'est aussi le moment de poser des questions ou de discuter d'\u00e9ventuelles pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n

Once an offer of admission has been made, the family can then decide whether to enroll at Eastgate, and we can look forward to welcoming you to our school community.<\/p>\n
